BizHub Fall 2012 Edition

Phase one continues to create momentum at BizHub Industrial Park.  With only 6 lots remaining, BizHub Developments is hard at work planning for a phase 2 release sometime in the coming year.  The remaining lots range in size from 5 – 7 acres.  Prime Highway 16 frotage lots are still available, check the map section for details! BizHub is proud to announce a number of new owners/tenants in the park including: Wilco, J&H Homes, Canada Culvert, Manitoulin Transport, Marsollier Petroleum, Dyterra and Northern Strands.

2012

BizHub Industrial Park has enjoyed tremendous success over the first 5 months of 2012. As of May 30th we have sold 5 lots with interest continuing to build into the summer months.  This puts the park at over 60% sold with only 9 lots in Phase One remaining. Many previous buyers are currently in the planning and construction stage and quickly filling the parks remaining lots.  Check back over the next several weeks when we will be welcoming our newest owners.

Rosenau Transport Ltd. blazing through construction.

Rosenau Transport  Ltd. is in the process of building the largest building to date at BizHub Industrial Park.  At over 55,000 square feet, the phase one portion of their site is already nearing lock up stage in record time.  The massive industrial warehousing and logistics station is clearly visible from Highway 16 and will be open for business in the new year.  Additional views of the building are located in the photos section of the website.

Wilco Southwest begins Construction

Wilco Southwest has relocated their Saskatoon operations to 14 Capital Circle in the BizHub Industrial Park.  Wilco is one of Canada’s leaders in open space site development, specializing in landscape construction, excavation and civil infrastructure and atheltic facilities.  With work just beginning on their new facility check back often for construction updates and pictures.  BizHub welcomes Wilco Southwest.

Caron Building nears completion

Caron Transportation Systems anticipates their new building at 40 Capital Circle to be completed and operational within the month.  The new masonary building provides a great visual upon entrance to the park with it’s red roof and fenced compound.  The photo gallery provides a number of shots showing the building features.  Bizhub welcomes Caron Transportation Systems.

Co-op Cardlock, Caron Transport and Rimex all continue to finish off their new buildings and are busy completing the final exterior details.
